We are a global network of volunteers working with industry experts to develop and deliver tailored solutions for our partner communities.
Since 2014, RCG has been committed to identifying community-specific challenges and opportunities. We collaborate with local stakeholders and representatives to develop projects aimed at reducing the risk of disease while improving access to education and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

We believe there are always opportunities for growth when the right people come together to find solutions. Through a process-driven mobilization of project groups, constituting both full-time staff and part-time volunteers, we strategically coordinate volunteers and communities to collaborate, transforming a low-overhead, global effort into a high-impact, targeted implementation.
Every community is different, and we have experience applying tried-and-tested frameworks for developing successful, long-term strategies.
For us, this means developing a clear value proposal for the target community, identifying risk factors to control our exposure to them, and iterating on the implemented solution by closely collaborating with local and global partners.
